Values and Purpose: We value your privacy. This policy shows you our mode of accountability and fairness and the way Datasoft collects, uses, shares and protects your information. Section 6 provides information on your rights over your information.

Our Customers will have entered into a Services Agreement with Datasoft prior to accessing our services or products. Services Agreement contains privacy, security, availability and confidentiality covenants between the parties. For EEA customers, an additional GDPR Addendum stipulates rights and responsibilities of all parties.
